Apple, Garageband and especially Logic software offer a very wide choice of good quality loops which allows you to quickly create music without getting too tired.

  The image below helps to understand how to use GarageBand, an easy to learn, free  and effective software.

 

    After creating the project, the loops made available are displayed after clicking on the "Loops" tab (red circle on the right). The choice can be made without preference, by instrument, by genre or by descriptor

 

The selected loops are dragged and dropped and placed in the editor. For each instrument, a new track is created automatically.

The same operation displays the audio track of the loops which are displayed in red or blue. You cannot modify the notes, but nothing prohibits cutting the loop and associating the pieces of different loops together in the workspace.
